How to take our reishi mushroom
This beautiful herb is recommended to consume as a daily ritual to receive its full benefits.
It is also a wonderful mushroom to take before bed or in the late evening to alleviate
the nervous system of its daily stressors and relax into preparation for sleep.
We recommend 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon in hot water or added into your coffee, tonic, smoothies or tea.

Consult your doctor before consuming if you have auto-immune disease, taking anti-diabetic medications or are pregnant/breastfeeding.
Herbs work best when taken for a period no longer than 6 weeks, and then rotate with other herbs or take 1 week off.
